Having an engagement photography shoot, or ‘E-Session’ as it’s sometimes called, in the months leading up to your wedding day is such a great idea. Especially if (like me) you’re a bit awkward when it comes to being in front of the camera. It gives you the opportunity to become more comfortable being photographed before the big day, to get to know your photographer and to have fun with your fiance while you’re at it. Sammy & JPs’ engagement shoot took place in the gorgeous Bangalow village which has a photo opportunity around every corner. It’s also a special place for this couple as it is where they have bought their first home together. I like the idea that their kids will be able to look at these images in years to come & recognise the place where their story started. Working with JP and Sammy was so easy and so much fun, I could have kept going all day. If this day was anything to go by, I think this wedding is going to be amazing.
